Hello everyone. On behalf of all of us here at Fusco-Moore Productions, I’d like to invite you to the Second Annual

Fusco-Moore Productions Christmas Party!

Here are the details:

Where: Masonic Hall (same as last year!)

When: Sunday, December 30th, 2007 @ 3:00 pm

Cover: $7.00 gets you a copy of last year’s Christmas Concert on 2 CDs or 1 DVD,
Plus a FREE ziti dinner prepared by Jim Fusco, head chef for the Fusco-Moore Experience!!

** Various members of Fusco-Moore Productions will be playing acoustic Christmas/Holiday songs at the party, and we would love to have your input. So when you call, please give us a request for a Christmas song you would like to hear. This year, you can also come up and help us sing along!! **

“Days of Wonder” (Wallflowers Cover)

This song comes per request from Dylan81 on Youtube.

I’m going for the hat trick on Wallflowers songs, and doing the album opener from “Rebel, Sweetheart” called “Days of Wonder”. It is a terrific opening song full of cheer, reflection, the usual writing of Jakob Dylan.

This song has a driving beat that is difficult to reproduce on the acoustic guitar, and I have only learned how to play this song for 24 hours now. Still, this version is nice and cool. I hope you enjoy it.

This also represents my first non-quick capture attempt at these videos. All i’ve figured out so far is how to cut off the “hitting the stop button” part at the end, and I got text at the beginning. As far as the song is concerned, I like how it turned out, but from now on i’ll try to increase the lighting in the room – especially when filming at night.

“Home” (New Indie Music – Cover)

This edition of the Laptop Sessions is the first installment of what we like to call “Original Wednesday”, where we pick an original tune from someone in the Fusco-Moore Productions galaxy and play it for our Laptop Sessions video podcast series!

This Wednesday edition, I’m playing a Jeff Copperthite song called “Home”, which is for his EP “Greenlight”.

I love this song and so does my mother. It’s a very sincere song and I just can’t get that ending tag out of my head. Even as I write this, I’m trying not to think of it so I won’t get it stuck in there again. I’m desperately holding on to Jeff’s Laptop Session of the Wallflower’s “God Says Nothing Back”.

Anyway, this is a cool song, and just as any musician feels when he hears a cool new song, I wondered how it would sound if I gave it the Jim Fusco treatment! So, I hope you enjoy and I hope the video does Jeff proud. Go check out Jeff’s version of my song, “Harmony”, too!! It’s sure to please.

“When We Was Fab” (A George Harrison Cover)

I’m proud to bring you another installment of The Laptop Sessions, and I also want to show my classic rock side as well.

Today’s installment is from George Harrison, who coincidentally Jim did a song from yesterday. This is one of his more known songs. The double meaning in this song is a terrific one that any Beatles fan will tell you about.

This song is tough to play on acoustic – let alone sing along to as well. Hopefully you will enjoy my effort.
